Uncle Johann will miss Miles dearly.
May the paths in heaven be lined with trees and may there be automatic tennis ball pitching machines every 200 feet.

I’m sorry to hear about Miles. It’s hard to lose your best friend; I lost mine in 2003. I bet Miles and my Max are running around together…

Jeff-
I was reading something you had written about Jayson Werth and you mentioned that your dad had umpired a bunch of his games in high school. Anyway I played with Jayson as well so I was curious who the umpire was. I am assuming that it was Brad Sterns. Well, just wanted to pass along how much I thought of your Dad as an umpire and person. He was very fair plus he gave me about 6 inches on either corner. Pass along a congrats to him on his induction to the Springfield Sports HOF.
